OH  MY GOSH!!!

i JUST DID AROUND 10 - 15 MINS....( cheating here and there)


BUT OH HO HO UFFFFF... I M REALLY SWEATING...


 i just do atleast 30 mins like her... and yeah!!!! i ll lose my weigh for sure...


yes I am going to be 52 kg soon......


ok and bye for now... Tmrw morning I will be doing 2 min running ands 1 min walking not stop for 15 mins .

Ok today i was super duper motivated to lose weight... u want to know y! its because, one of my friend send me a old photo of mine... aaaaaa... i was so thin n beautiful.


I keep tht pic in my mobile home screen so wn ever i see it, i would feel motivated ( really!!! hahaha so far yes)


And this morning I did a elliptical training for 10mins..and i was so exhausted.....

Its a interval training and it really make me sweat....

So ladies for try this for sure if u have an elliptical...

after that I ate an small cup of Oats and Banana.

Afnoon some veges and soy bean curd ( from Mr. Bean , with less sugar)


Evening around 5.30 i was so hungry and my mouth need something spicy salty and tasty...


I pushed hard myself to buy just veges from the food stall. But i looked at those Yummy Kyaw teow goreng and carrot cake.... NONONONONO....


will have it on my cheat day.


so at eve I took those veges and 2 pcs of Fish, around 7 I finish my dinner and waiting for 9 o clk to do my excercise.,... oooops its 9 alrdy. 


today i am going to do this cassey Ho 5 moves to flatten lower belly.

Hi,


Yup!! here I start writing blog. Mainly for my weight loss.

on June 2014 I gave birth to a baby girl.

I am now 65 Kg.

My goal is 52 Kg.

So I have to loose 13KG .

3 kg per month - so its around 5 to 6 months to achieve my goal.


I ll start my work out from today. and will update u ladies.

I started this blog just to stay motivated and focused.

hahaha as a start i did a 13 min workout with my niece,

Mulangi Poriyal ( White Raddish)

Hi this is my first post on cooking recipe's, I find myself busy these days(So called "BUSY")
I choose this as my first recipe bcoz.....My hubby's Fav one... so i go with this

Ingriedients 

1 Radish (Mullangi) - Grated
1 Onion (vengayam) - chopped
Mustard seed (kadugu)
Urd dhal    (Ulutham Parupu)
3 - 4 Dry Chilli (Kanja milagai)
Salt

Method
Heat the pan and add oil
Add Mustard seeds and Urd dhal
Once mustard starts to splutter and dry Chilli
After a few seconds add the Chopped onions,Add salt at this stage, so that the onions cook soon
Saute untill it golden brown
Now add the grated Radish, saute untill the smell goes...
Don't cook the Radish too much as it loose the crunchiness.

and thats all, it really goes nice with rice dish
