i JUST DID AROUND 10 - 15 MINS....( cheating here and there)
BUT OH HO HO UFFFFF... I M REALLY SWEATING...
i just do atleast 30 mins like her... and yeah!!!! i ll lose my weigh for sure...
yes I am going to be 52 kg soon......
ok and bye for now... Tmrw morning I will be doing 2 min running ands 1 min walking not stop for 15 mins .
